Join Lelly Woo-Grimes State Farm in Garden Grove and gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and insurance.We’re looking for a motivated, personable individual who is eager to learn, connect with customers, and support our agency team.No insurance license is required to start. Obtaining all required licenses within the first 45 days of employment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support prospective customer outreach and follow-up.

  • Learn to identify customer needs and communicate available insurance options.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate customer records.

  • Provide a welcoming, professional customer experience.

  • Participate in training to develop sales, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Perform insurance-related responsibilities as permitted by your licensing status.
    Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

  • Interest in sales, insurance, and building customer relationships.

  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.

  • Good organizational skills and reliable follow-through.

  • Willingness to obtain all required insurance licenses, preferably within the first 45 days of employment.
Pay and Scheduling

  • Earn $18–$20 per hour, based on experience.

  • Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

  • Part-time schedules will follow structured, agreed-upon availability for consistent scheduling
